What does summer really mean to you? Swimming? Sports? Relaxing? Well summer means to me is getting away from all the stress. Like I like to read often. In fact, I just finished this cool book called Schooled. I am going on a lot of vacations like going to Ocean One Resort for a family beach weekend. But mosrt of all, summer means family to me. Just having a nice family dinner, sitting out on the pourch….. What does summer mean to you?
Hey ya’ll! As you might know, the theme for 2011-2012 school year is…………. SUPERHEROS! Oh yeah! Pow! Bam! Boom! Even though I won’t be there, It sounds like a cool theme. Second Grade- Disney Theme

I would say my favorite theme would be Disney. That was cool.

Today was my last day at Chets Creek Elementry School. I was VERY sad. I did tear up a little, but didn’t cry. I know that I will be back this summer to help my mom, though. I am exited to move on but in a way, scared. I will probley be more scared the day before 6th grade because I won’t be coming back to CCE : (
I was telling my friend, on a scale of 1-10, I am exited 7, and nervous 3. Now on the day before 6th grade, I will probley be exited 4, and nervous 6.
We did have a fun day today, though. We had donats and got to sign yearbooks. Then the clap out. That was sad. : ( Then my grammy picked me up to go to our anual Chili’s / swimming with Missy and Joe. And now off to Joey’s baseball game. In Orange Park. At 7: 00. But, who cares!? It is now summer! It really dosn’t feel like it to me, but maybe thats because I am so sad to be leaving. This is the first time I am trufully wanting to be back in school. I don’t want to leave my Chets Creek Family. But, as everyone says:
” Once a Creeker, always a Creeker!”
For whoever reads my blog, I just wanted to thank you. It really means a lot when people comment, too. But anyway, THIS IS MY LAST WEEK AT CHETS CREEK! I am sad but nervous but exited to be moving on to middle school. I have graduation on Wednesday and I also have field day on Wednesday,too. Then Thursday is our pizza party and Friday is a 1/2 day of school! Man, am I busy!

Hey Guys! Whacha doin’? Sorry I haven’t wrote ya’ll in a while- been kinda busy. Well, anyway, I found some really cool sites that you could go on if your board some days. I know that I can get board if were just chillin’ at home. Heres my suggestions:
www.ggg.com - is a SUPER COOL Girls site- there is TONS of dress up, fashion, cooking, manegment,Adventure, make-up, Quiz games.
www.sciencebob.com - is a really good site if you need help with any type of science projects. It also gives you ideas on super cool experiments you can try at home.
www.buildyourwildself.com - is a fun site! you get to make yourself into CRAZY animals! I really can’t describe it its so crazy! I was once a Reindeer-bat-butterfly-elephant-flamingo-turtle-lion-girl. Named Bella. Pretty cool.

GRRRRRR! I’m so mad. With a pout face. I can’t believe the Jags lost. I’m upset, but my dad said if we did win….. and the Colts lost ( they almost did…double grrrrrrrr) then it would maybe be almost sadder to see them lose the playoff game…… at home! ( BTW, This is off subject here but Just to let you know, this color I’m writing in is the closest color I can find to Match teal~ So it’s my version of teal : )
But My brother,I quote one of his many nicknames, ” Mr. Optimism” ( my fave. nickname of his is ” The Energy Bunny”. But any way, Mr. Optimism here said, With 2 minutes left in the game, ” We can still do it! All we need is 2 touchdowns plus a field goal! ” And then, with 15 seconds to go, he finally got the message that we weren’t going to win. So he just sat there. No crying. Amazing. Then, he said the best thing: ” We will get em’ next year. ” This all happened while I was screaming my head off, FYI.
So, that is how We spent our lovely Sunday afternoon.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Kingdom Kepper books! They are so adventureous! If your looking for a action and adventure book- read theese! Ialso heard that Kingdom Keepers 4 in coming out too!
Is a great but sad book about a prince who becomes a slave.
I like to read the Holocost books, too. Some of my favorites include Number the Stars, The Devils Aritmatic, and The Girl Who Survived.
